Construction Superintendent-Healthcare (Rockville, MD)

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent with experience on large healthcare projects to join our client leading field operations in the Washington, D.C. area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Construction Superintendent , here are some of your key responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of field operations in assigned areas of aspects of the project
• Prepare daily reports documenting jobsite progress
• Mentor and develop direct reports
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants and the surrounding community
• Manage the project schedule while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards

WHAT WE SEEK IN A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

• 5 years experience on construction projects in the healthcare field of $20M value or more
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree
• Experience as a Superintendent on large healthcare projects is preferred
• Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
• Communication and relationship building skills
• Problem solving skills
