ImpactLife is the exclusive provider of blood products and services to our partner hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. The blood center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located. ImpactLife is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
ImpactLife has an exciting internship opportunity in our Human Resources department. As a HR Intern, you will be able to further your HR knowledge and gain working experience as a HR professional.
In this role, you will...
- Be assigned HR Generalist duties,
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks,
- Work within our HRIS system,
- Complete designated HR projects.
What you need to bring...
- Must be enrolled in high school or college with applicable field of study, specifically with a HR focus,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Ability to work independently and have personal accountability.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and be insurable by our insurance carrier is preferred.
- May require sitting and frequent standing, stooping, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

This is a15 hours plus position working Monday- Friday, 1st shift. Able to flex with class schedule.
