The blood center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located. As Manager, Donor Services you will provide daily supervisor and direction to the assigned team ensuring appropriate staffing levels, development through coaching and mentoring, and staff counseling. You will also work closely with internal and external partners to promote blood drive success and compliance to all regulatory requirements.

- Healthcare experience is a plus
