What You’ll Do – As a senior professional in this field, a MarCom Manager will plan, develop and implement customer-focused, multi-channel marketing communications in support of Imperative Care’s mission and strategy to elevate stroke care, build product awareness and generate strong leads. This position will contribute to internal and external brand communications initiatives by creating messaging and content and overseeing activation of initiatives across multiple channels including traditional media, social media and web.

Salary Range: $108,000 – 126,000 annually

- Partner with the stroke and vascular downstream marketing teams to develop and execute on marketing and sales tools, including brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, animations, etc. that will be leveraged by the sales team and in integrated marketing campaigns
- Work closely with product managers, downstream marketing and marketing communications to ensure brand and message consistency across all marketing outputs
- Work directly with graphic design, animation, and other marketing vendors, clearly communicating needs and requirements to execute on projects
- Support the planning and presence at industry events, tradeshows and conferences
- Support peer-education events as needed, focusing on events at company headquarters
What You’ll Bring – minimum requirements for this role:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar preferred and a minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in marketing communications or related field
- Excellent copywriting & communication skills
- Experience developing marketing materials and sales tools
- Experience managing conferences and sales / customer events
- Creative thinker and problem-solver; Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Prioritizes multiple responsibilities and projects, manages time with skill
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style
