Imperial Dade is looking to add a talented Inside Corporate Sales Assistant to our growing Sales Team. The Inside Corporate Sales Assistant will collaborate with our Sales and Management Team to provide day to day support while strategically navigating sales challenges. This position will be primarily Remote, with an occasional office visit as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry for time consuming accounts.
- Manage online orders (copied on orders placed and look for subs if available)
- Manage special order products & the re-order of logo merchandise
- Communicating with customers to help manage back ordered product
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required but an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Solid communication and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
