What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Imperial Healthcare Group?
Papermill Road Nursing & Rehab Center is currently seeking an Maintenance Technician to assist in the general maintenance of the facility and supervisory capacity of the maintenance team.
Monday – Friday Schedule
Overtime and on call might be required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment (washers, dryers)
- Setup and adjust TVs
- Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits
- Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers’ packings, and drain lines
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
- General Painting
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience is required; healthcare experience is highly desirable
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
