Description of Requirements/ Duties

*Work season starts 5/15/22 - 10/31/22

With potential for year round work

• Maintain a valid drivers license & insurable driving record

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction techniques

• Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to manage crew members

• Possess strong attention to detail and be able to BE ON TIME

• Supervise/ direct and possess responsibility for crew(s) on site

• Train new crew members to achieve skill set and reach company quality standards

• Communicate observations and problems to Account Managers

• Ensure that crew members understand proper use of equipment by directing/ training the crew on the proper use of equipment

** Crew safety is our #1 concern**

• Manage Worksite Safety: Instruct and train crew members on safe operation of equipment and use of personal safety equipment. Immediately report any employee injury to Branch Manager verbally and by written report

• Build a strong relationship with your team**

• Work under adverse weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold and various humidity or moisture levels

• Must be 21 years old to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
