Job Title

Energy Data Analyst-Entry/Mid Level

General Description

The Imperial Utilities & Sustainability, Inc Data Analyst is focused on entering daily data into spreadsheets, interpreting data, writing insights, providing statistical analysis, composing emails, writing reports and supporting company staff with special projects.

Imperial is seeking someone who wishes to work with a small and dynamic growing team. This candidate must be a team player and build relationships with their team. Imperial is a supportive family company and seeks a candidate that is looking to put down roots and grow with a company.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of Regression Analysis, What-If formulas, V Look Ups, formatting with a keen eye for detail, critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

Essential Functions

· Entering Data into Excel

· Running regressions and writing formulas in Excel

· Creating and Editing Spreadsheets

· Process Improvement Initiatives

· Interpreting Data

· Creating reports

· Writing emails

· Other duties as assigned

Education & Training Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Statistics
  • Or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience Requirements

  • Evidence of “business to customer” relationship building skills.
  • Management experience is beneficial, not required.
  • Advanced proficiency of Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery of time management
  • Self-Motivated and Self-Managed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,250.00 - $45,000.00 per year
