As an In-home Sales Consultant in our Kitchen Division, you'll not only be a trusted advisor to our homeowner clients, but you'll also use your creativity and design skills to help them select the right finishes, hardware, countertops, and backsplashes to best suit their needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences. You help bring their kitchen vision to life!

Successful Sales Representatives in our Kitchen Division bring the following to the table:

  • Commitment to run up to 2 to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments daily within your market radius
  • Ability and openness to learning our proven success model for sales
  • Passion and dedication to master our in-home sales presentation and educate each customer on the best decision for their home improvement needs, acting on their behalf as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to develop rapport, listen to the customer’s needs, and walk them through an interactive sales presentation in a one-call close-selling model
  • Creativity to help customers select cabinet finishes, hardware and additions, as well as countertops and backsplash choices
  • Desire to effectively manage customer relationships from sale to installation and onto continual referrals, ensuring they have a 5-star experience throughout.
  • Commitment to attend weekly sales meetings to give feedback on your work experiences, share improvement ideas, and discuss your results, development opportunities, and coaching needs.
  • Dedication to being a fantastic Company Brand Ambassador, always exhibiting a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

The demand for our Kitchen transformation services has been growing steadily year over year and the trend continues at an even higher pace this year.

Sales Consultant Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, communications, or related area, a plus
  • 3 years of proven B2C (business-to-consumer) sales success
  • Experience with home improvement sales, replacement windows sales, bathroom remodeling sales, exterior home product sales, roofing sales, and other related-home service sales are considered a plus!
  • Experience with kitchen remodeling, kitchen cabinet refacing, or similar kitchen home improvement services, a plus
  • Interior Design background, a plus
  • Professional demeanor, with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven
  • Ability to embrace and learn our sales methodology, scripts, and product attributes
  • Tech-savvy; Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, iPad/ Apps

Previous experience in industry or careers such as real estate sales, mortgage sales, auto sales, insurance sales, and similar are often a great fit for our sales consultant roles. If you have this type of experience and also interior design, this may be the perfect career for you!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
