Retail and Customer Service Staff Needed
We are expanding and we are looking to grow our promotional sales team so we can host more in-store events for our clients. This entry-level sales role is fast-paced, fun, and involves working as part of a team. Representing a range of companies in the USA, we create amazing high-level customer experiences, increasing customer satisfaction and achieving pre-set company goals.
Retail and Customer Service Staff Job Specifics:
Availability: A full-time flexible schedule would be preferred 36 - 40 hrs a week. However, part-time is available with a minimum of 24 hrs / 3 days a week.
Education & Experience: There are no specific educational requirements for this position. However, experience in a customer-facing position such as in retail, sales, customer service, hotel or restaurants would be beneficial.
Location: Head office is based in Philadelphia, PA
Pay: Includes base pay of up to $850 a week commissions.
Requirements: Candidates will need to be over the age of 18 to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Customer Focus, Developing Potential, Results Driven, Strong Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving/Decision Making, Job Knowledge and Relationship Management.
Training: Paid training and ongoing support will be provided.
Retail and Customer Service Staff Day-to-Day Duties
There is nothing more valuable than doing meaningful work and helping a cause that can make life better. To be your best, you will work both independently and as part of a team, liaising directly with the customers both accurately and efficiently to achieve our company goals. Key duties include:
- Greeting customers on a face to face basis within a retail setting
- Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction with high level customer service
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication at retail based events
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assisting customers with the selection of merchandise/services
- Completing transactions
- Driving sales
- Answering questions regarding the clients’ services and products
