in-House is a startup company dedicated to empowering the voice of every employee while ensuring complete anonymity. We have developed a platform that allows verified employees to voice diverse opinions, surface important issues and ideas, and provide feedback and ratings on their employers. Unlike other platforms, in-House prioritizes privacy and does not collect personal metadata, eliminating the need for sign-ups or logins. We believe in fostering an environment where employees can openly rate and discuss company matters and drive meaningful change within their organizations.
COMPENSATION
"No one gets rich by working." We are offering 100% early stock option ownership —not cash salary pre-funding. We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate members contributing part-time sweat equity for an limited ownership stake.
ROLE
The Recruiter role will focus on finding uniquely aligned inviduals seeking a part-time entrepreneurial opportunity. Recruiters are asked to leverage as many personal and professional sourcing verticals possible to cast a wide net of applicants. We can do the vetting and the communications but need to increase the volume of applicants so we can find those properly aligned.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
* has an existing recruiting network and ability to post multiple roles on multiple channels;
* can source and post roles widely independently;
* has experience in the startup ecosystems such as Wellfound, CoFounders etc;
* has experience in early stage tech / web3 companies;
* can accept only 1:10 job candidates will prove professional when working for equity (volume is required to find the gems);
* has an knack for understanding peoples' underlying emotions & motivations;
* is themselves interested in early equity entrepreneurial opportunities;
* is consistently available at least 5 hours per week;
