We are looking for a bartender who is passionate about guest service and making fun and unique cocktails. Is that you? Say yes.
We are located in the heart of the West Seattle Junction nestled in the back of Lika Love, our women's clothing boutique. What is better than drinking cocktails and shopping.
The bartender will take part in creating the cocktail menu and have full reign over creating fun and unique cocktails
Will serve New Orleans creole food from our small menu
Responsibilities:
- Produces drinks in a prompt, efficient manner, in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined in the Bartender and beverage recipes.
- Promotes sales. Has a thorough understanding of products and always upsells. Educates servers about beverage products.
- Takes food and beverage orders accurately from guests. Processes guests’ orders and ensures accuracy of items. Serves courses promptly, within timing standards.
- Maintains bar according to standards. Performs setup, cleaning, and closing duties in an efficient and thorough manner. Helps to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Practices and encourages teamwork. Maintains a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward guests and coworkers. Monitors service in the bar. Assists others as needed. Takes a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Maintains the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Follows Health Department standards for hygiene and safe food handling. Maintains current Food Handlers Permit.
- Adheres to state liquor regulations in serving alcohol. Has current Liquor Permit on the person when working.
- Works toward ensuring profitability by proper portioning, controlling waste, promoting sales, and ensuring all items ordered are rung in.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
