This position is responsible for providing customer onsite operator and train the trainer training within Raymond Corporation and OSHA guidelines. This position is also responsible for maintaining customer base and help develop territory.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.
- Provide professional training consistent with Raymond Corporation and OSHA guidelines and requirements.
- Respond to training requests with a quote and complete training within quoted timeline.
- Communicate all options to customers before proceeding with training services.
- Order training materials when needed.
- Maintain current customers and help develop new customer base within territory.
- Complete training for existing and new hire employees.
- Submit commission and expense reports at the end of each month.
- Communicate with RHCC trainers when territories shared.
- Open and Close work orders within RHCC WIP guidelines.
- Be willing to assume additional duties are required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments
- Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required’
- Update training and skills on a continuous basis.
Education/Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Preferred Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
- Preferred Training Facilitation Certifications
- Preferred Technical Course Certifications
- The position requires travel to customer locations.
Travel Requirement:
- 25% (10 hours a week)

Pay Range:
- $39,700 - $99,000
