As a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who assist our customers with one of the most significant investments of their lives their homes.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of loan disclosures within the mortgage process. This position is responsible for preparing initial disclosures with precise loan information, adhering to state, federal, and government regulations, and ensuring timely delivery.
In addition to disclosures, you will also be responsible for managing our Appraisal Vendor Management Software, communicating with our appraisers and ensuring deadlines are met on all orders.

- Prepare accurate and complete initial disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage AVM.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and provide support with a positive attitude.
- Handle information requests from internal and external sources promptly and efficiently.
- Adapt to changing environments and demonstrate flexibility in tasks.
