IT Program Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Program Manager to join their team!
This position will provide program support to agencies for critical enterprise projects and initiatives. The position will have responsibility for the direction of an information technology program, with strong attention to service delivery, strategy, budget, implementation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and IT business analysts on leading concept meetings with customers to develop the scope, deliverables, KPIs, determine required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Conducts cost-benefit analyses and makes recommendations to agency management regarding information technology processes and programs.
- Develop detailed program execution plans and manage all execution aspects, including program interdependencies, metrics, testing, deployment, and enablement – within program constraints.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-8 years experience in IT technology-
- agile supervisor/team lead or in program management capacity
- proven track record of leading delivery in tech platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification
- Agile Certification
- Lean. Green Belt or Black Belt certification
