Senior Bookkeeper

Compensation: $50k-58k/year

Location: Bartlesville, OK

Senior Bookkeeper:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join their team!

The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for end to end accounting for the company as well as HR and payroll. This person will have the opportunity to join a family owned company in a stable industry!

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for 50 employees
• Responsible for payroll taxes
• Billing/accounts receivable
• Journal entries/balance sheets, reconciling general ledger
• Onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Benefits distribution
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in an Accounting role
• Experience in construction industry
• ERP experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel
