Job Summary
This position is a member of the Account Management Team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing support to their assigned Account Managers for day-to-day program tasks, troubleshooting participant inquiries as well as special projects related to client requests. The Account Coordinator will also support the Participant Services Team with escalated customer service inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Account Manager Support
o Assist assigned Account Managers in program operations and meeting client objectives for their incentive programs.
o Assist with program implementation activities.
o Handle routine program modifications via a SaaS platform.
o Assist with routine reporting and data gathering as assigned.
o General administration and logistics.
Program Operations
o Prepare files provided by clients for entry into their incentive programs.
o Execute program communications – including sending emails and participating in call campaigns.
Customer Service Support
o Assist Participant Services team with participant/program customer service escalations.
Process Improvement Special Projects
o Work on or assist in other activities to support team/company objectives.
o Execute program post-launch and client satisfaction surveys.
o Assist Account Managers with maintaining program notes and client contact list in Salesforce.
Job specifications (Required skills)
· 1-2 years of related work experience
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
· Experience with customer service.
· Experience working with technology, sales, and marketing professionals.
· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments
· Ability to work in a small team environment or independently
· Self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organization and planning skills
· Multi-tasking capabilities (individual will be assigned multiple projects simultaneously)
· High degree of flexibility
· Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote
Preferred Skills (non-essential)
· Microsoft Office Skills - Access
