What this role entails:
We are seeking a dependable inventory lead who is detail-oriented and possesses the physical and mental stamina this role requires. You will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse operates with optimum precision and efficiency while accurately fulfilling orders, receiving, and exiting shipments, and managing inventory levels. Your superior attention to detail, ability to ensure business needs are met, and deep understanding of customer experience will lead to success. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Inventory Lead Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Possess expert knowledge of InClover branding and products.
- Help maintain and manage organization, cleanliness of stock room and pick area.
- Maintain warehouse organization at sku level.
- Process incoming shipments.
- Process incoming returns and exchanges
- Process e-commerce orders as well as B2B orders
- Assist with weekly cycle counts.
- Understanding of day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory process, and systems in order to meet customer expectations in a timely manner.
- Triage multiple priorities at any given time to prevent shipping disruptions
- Coordinate with various departments on allocations of low inventory
- Keep all inventory organized, clearly labeled, and accurate with inventory systems
- Other duties as needed
Inventory Lead Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Meticulous attention to detail in order to elevate customer experience.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management
- Must be able to collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
- Safety Management
This is a non-exempt role and has a pay rate of $19-$21/hour dependent on experience. This role is part time with a maximum of 30 hours/week.
