In this role, you will report to the Site Services Supervisor and will work closely with the Lab and Production Services team of over 1,500 on- and off-site expert personnel – and our customers – to perform customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9 pm – 6 am
Sign-On Bonus: $1500 pays out after 90 days employment

What we’re looking for:
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required
- Experience: 1 years’ customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience is required
- Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications:
- Basic digital literacy including Microsoft Office required
- Conform to all company and customer requirements for background checks, health and safety issues, security clearances required
- Strong communication required
- Excellent Customer Service Skills; display a professional can-do demeanor required
- Perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality required
- Must be flexible, forward- thinking, motivated, and have the ability to act independently required
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks required
- Spill containment training, IATA, DOT, IMDG and OSHA Right to Know experience is desired
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is strongly desired

Lab and Production Services team is a crucial part of the Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries with customizable, flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support.
In this role you will:
- Facilitates orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment
- Manages customer’s point of use or stockroom inventory
- Responsible for logistical activities such as shipping and receiving of materials through coordination with 3rd party couriers.
- May handle and manage chemicals, including hazardous materials.
- Basic order entry and follow-up on existing back orders.
- Maintains and checks safety stations.
- Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Cleanroom garment management.
- Other duties as assigned.
