Inclusively is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a Machine Operator.

Job Requirements and Skills:
- Process product to specifications, including cleaning & weigh/count, and to schedules provided.
- Operate induction heater & box furnace for hot forged product and assure thermal equipment & instrumentation are calibrated and chart recorders are operating.
- Utilize & maintain insulated containers, as required.
- Assure raw material selected is properly released and confirm wire/rod size.
- Assure raw material heat matches manufacturing router.
- Set up & operate headers, perform adjustments and sharpen/polish tooling.
- Perform in-process inspections, including dimensional measurement, visual inspection & ball weight.
- Report processing information clearly and accurately on routers and process log sheets.
- Perform assigned repairs and Preventive Maintenance.
- Assure applicable inspection/processing equipment is in calibration before use.
- Plot results on control charts when required.
- Maintain items in Tooling Control Program.
- Identify and segregate and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.
- Contact supervision immediately to report equipment problems.
- Assure lot traceability.
- Perform any and all tasks assigned by department Manager.
- Read new and revised specifications when mandated.
- Participate in the Cross Training program and work.
- Cover for vacations as needed in other trained areas.
Job Experience and Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing process.
- Varied postures – sitting, standing, leaning forward, turning side to side.
- Transports product from heading to heat treat / annealing occasionally thru the week.
- Use of Hand Carts – pushing.
- Sitting, walking in general.
- pushing, carrying or lifting up to max. 50 lbs occasionally.
- Standing generally.
- Lifting individual tooling occasionally.
- Support other departments as needed thru Cross Training
- Work in a safe manner at all times, alerting management of hazardous conditions.
- Assure satisfactory levels of cleanliness and housekeeping in all assigned areas.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and verbal, and organizational skills.
- Assure Confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information.
