This exciting opportunity
The Customer Program Manager is accountable for leadership in the areas of administration, infrastructure, and the development of efficiencies, process improvements and personnel, in support of a JIT Forward Stocking Location(s) (FSL). Additionally, you will be ensuring streamlined operations, facilities organization, and competent personnel, in strong support of internal and external partnerships.
You will need to
- Continuously promote positive relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve the best exposure in the market.
- Direct Program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy for JIT FSL(s) to maintain optimal levels to support the Contract(s).
- Develop a path to facility the workflow and strategies to manage a consistent and timely flow of inventory, in direct response to customer specifics and ship date requirements.
- Manage the department staff to ensure a high-level of service to customers towards goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and ensure all team members are provided with managerial support and guidance to facility teams, offering effective administrative guidelines, clear work instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Implement, oversee, and document the training of all AS9100 requirements and Quality Work Instructions for existing, as well as new process improvements and customer-specific requirements.
A bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience related with sales, distribution, and inventory management. Also supply chain and logistics previous industries will be a plus. You will be able to add value to our contracts teams through your expertise and ensure that the strategic objectives of the Program are developed, implemented, and consistently executed to provide error-free, on-time delivery of high-quality products and optimum program profitability.
You will have the ability to provide excellent customer service/and real-time problem-solving strategies Supervisory experience is required, process management experience, knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100.
This position also requires the ability to pass a physical as well as proof of a clean driving record - DOT MVR. Eligible applicant must have a state issues Driver's License.
