Role summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary individual to join our team as the Vice President of Technology & Data. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our efforts in providing strategic guidance and support to clients as they navigate the complex landscape of data collection and activation in digital marketing. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our clients' AdTech and MarTech stack, ensuring seamless data collection from diverse sources, and driving impactful strategies for business growth.

Your strategic guidance and innovative solutions will enable clients to collect and activate data effectively, driving personalized experiences while achieving business success in a privacy-first landscape. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consultation:
    • Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their AdTech and MarTech stack to meet their evolving data collection and activation needs.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  2. Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge tools and platforms designed to facilitate efficient data collection and activation processes.
    • Ensure seamless integration of data solutions into clients' existing infrastructure, optimizing performance and usability.
  3. Development:
    • Lead the development of robust processes and pipelines for data ingestion and integration into digital marketing platforms and data lakes.
    • Drive innovation in data management strategies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Foster strong partnerships with clients, working collaboratively to measure the value of data-driven strategies and identify areas for optimization.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients on maximizing the impact of their data-driven initiatives.
  5. Strategic Leadership:
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership in leveraging technology and data to drive business growth and deliver personalized experiences to users.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, guiding the development of innovative solutions that anticipate and address client needs.
  6. Business Development:
    • Drive agency growth by identifying and unlocking opportunities within existing client accounts, as well as supporting sales efforts in acquiring new accounts.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for expanding agency services and offerings.
  7. Thought Leadership:
    • Produce thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and blog posts, to showcase agency expertise and drive brand awareness.
    • Host workshops, webinars, and other events to share insights and best practices with clients and industry peers, positioning the agency as a leader in the field.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience within the digital industry, including 2 years of hands on experience working within the GMP stack.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certifications: Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role, including experience leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and managing client relationships.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify insights, and develop actionable strategies is critical.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the digital marketing industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, is important for driving innovation and staying competitive.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term plans to drive business growth is highly desirable.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners are essential for success in this role.

Work Details:

● Location: Remote US

● Salary Range: 170,000 - 220,000 USD
