Independence Advocates of Maine is currently looking for a Part-Time (16 hours per week) Cook to join our Team at Treats Falls House, our ICF/IID-Nursing facility in Orono, Maine, which supports 17 individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities in a home-like setting. We are seeking a team-oriented, conscientious individual that enjoys enriching the lives of others in a relaxed, casual, safe environment! Our cooks are responsible for preparing delicious meals and snacks as well as performing general kitchen cleaning and dishwashing.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with cooking, special diets, and altered textures a plus
- Able to pass agency background, driver's license, proof of vaccination requirements
- Have a strong desire to assist those with disabilities
- Ability to be a positive, productive team member who is flexible and likes to have fun
