Office Assistant
Duties:
- Transcribe medical and dental documents accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- File and organize documents and records.
- Greet and assist patients as a dental receptionist.
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various office tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
