This position is the key point of contact between the community and our clients in order to further achieve their missions through fundraising, promotional awareness, and outreach.
Our Event Marketing Assistant should be able to manage relationships and contacts to successfully achieve daily and weekly goals. We are looking for an Event Marketing Assistant who can face new challenges, find ways to motivate, measure performance, evaluate outcomes, and reward teams.
The Event Marketing Assistant will participate in a training period that will suit their knowledge and experience. We focus on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every potential candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in team meetings where goals will be discussed
- Build relationships and drive brand awareness within the local community
- Maintain professional standards in community relationships
- Adapt quickly to changing environments
- Contribute to a positive environment that fosters creativity and growth
- Assist management team with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, marketing, events or public relations is a plus but not required
- Must have a passion for helping others
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Approachable and personable
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
