Job Summary

The Residential Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, coordination, and monitoring of supports/services for ISN residential services. This position will be responsible for recruitment, training, oversight of home care providers, and ensuring quality services are being provided in compliance with state regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day operations of Adult Foster Care programs
• Ensure goals are met in areas including safety, quality, training, documentation, and team performance
• Must be able to work directly with consumers as necessary
• Provide on-call assistance as needed to assure appropriate handling of situations
• Responsible for resolving operational and maintenance issues
• Interface with area agencies and guardians as well as other team members for meetings.
• Provide a Quality Assurance overview of residential homes and paperwork associated with the homes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant management experience
• Strong programmatic skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Supervisory skills
• Being able to assist in both crisis situations and personal care needs.
