Index Analytics is seeking an Outreach Lead with strong Project Management skills to support our Government client for remote position. The Outreach Lead will be responsible for delivering critical outreach and education. The Outreach Lead is client facing, working directly with their government customer to facilitate outreach and education activities, and provide deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of a tailored approach to plan for and execute outreach and education support activities, including a rollout/implementation plan and communications plan for stakeholder engagement.
- Work with Government counterparts to establish overarching communications goals and objectives.
- Develop collateral and outreach and communications materials such as training presentations, videos (for use on-demand), reference guides, factsheets, FAQs and website announcements.
- Assist with the planning, development, and delivery of innovative communications materials.
- Define timelines for development, reviews/approvals, and implementation of education and outreach materials.
- Review existing website content and make recommendations for updates, based on updated statutory provisions.
Qualifications
- US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust background investigation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant discipline required.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 years of work experience providing outreach support or managing related projects. Prior experience with Center for Medicare Medicaid Services is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-driven. Willingness to lead, take charge, offer opinions and direction. Escalates appropriately in a timely manner.
COVID-19 Vaccine Protocol

Salary : $47,800 - $60,500
