Data Implementation Specialist (DIS)

Responsible for the coordination, support, and execution of the implementation of the Salesforce software solution while maintaining a determined timeline. DIS will ensure the timeline for project completion is adhered to and provide weekly updates to Associate Director. DIS will meet with program staff, coalition staff, and community members to brainstorm the needs of programs and initiatives, gather all necessary data elements, report to Prolocity the agency and program needs and oversee testing of the full Salesforce system. DIS will work will all outside data vendors including but not limited to Penelope, Well Family, Network for Good, Clear Impact, Epic, and all others as required for upload into Salesforce. DIS is solely responsible for oversight of Salesforce Implementation and ensuring compliance and success on deliverables and outcomes to the BOD and Indian River Community Foundation, including final evaluation of data elements for each program and initiative for quality and contract fulfillment. When necessary, propose and implement more effective strategies with approval.

Candidate must be experienced in data system development. Knowledge of Healthy Start, Salesforce, Contract Management and/or Prolocity a plus.

• Review, track and adjust timeline as necessary and report to AD weekly progress.

• Schedule all brainstorming sessions with program staff, coalition staff and community members

• Provide the layout to Prolocity of design for each section of Salesforce.

• Keep accurate documentation of all steps of the implementation process.

• Responsible for the execution of all contracts with outside data sources including Penelope, Well Family, Network for Good, Clear Impact, Epic and all others as required for upload into Salesforce.

• Monitors contracts and subcontracts for efficacy and contract compliance.

• Manage all training for program staff and coalition staff.

• Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are filed on time and shared with CEO, Clinical Program Manager, and Associate Director.

• Managing data and reporting systems for efficacy and accuracy.

• Ensures intuitive storage of all electronic and physical monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to guarantee transparency (state and federal contracts and local grant management and subcontracts)

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
