Job Posting for Manager Annuity Services at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance
We are looking for some that can:
- Quickly develop in-depth knowledge and administrative process of an annuity
- Display exceptional computer skills and quickly develops a thorough knowledge of company annuity systems.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in management.
- Ability to hire, monitor, coach, and measure employee work performance.
- Work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
- Take initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority; and the ability to substantiate these decisions.
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent annuity insurance work experience in a similar environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of business knowledge; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Taking LOMA courses and working towards a Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) designation.
- Proven leadership qualities through prior team or project work.
- Develop expert knowledge of tax laws and compliance regarding annuity products.
