Indiana Donor Network is looking for an exceptionally talented and creative professional to lead videography efforts in alignment with our goals and mission. This individual's efforts will be aimed at promoting public understanding of the ongoing need for organ and tissue donation and transplantation through the delivery of videos, including testimonials, documentaries, educational segments, animations and brand pieces. A successful individual will have a strong aesthetic sense and a talent for video, photography, layout, and design. They must be able to work with an energetic and goal-oriented team. They must have a passion for current design trends, and have the ability to work independently in a collaborative, sometimes noisy environment on simultaneous projects while taking directional changes in stride.
Bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts or a similar field of study, or comparable experience required. Must have a minimum of five years’ experience in video editing preferred with a demonstrated history of creating original, innovative and strategically sound video solutions. Must have experience working with graphic designers, web developers and advertising agencies. Must have solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
