We are looking for an energetic and resourceful professional to join our growing team as a Recruiter. Under the general direction of the Manager, Human Resources, and in accordance with established procedures, this position will lead the talent acquisition process to ensure a qualified and competent workforce to meet Indiana Donor Network's operational goals. This individual is responsible for performing comprehensive recruitment support and consultation for all staff-level positions in the organization. Some of the key results areas include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience preferred. Recruitment experience required. Experience with training delivery and system maintenance strongly preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Must have demonstrated organizational and planning skills and an acute attention to detail. Must be able to represent the organization with poise and professionalism at all time, serving as an ambassador for our mission. Must have an ability to maintain open, clear, timely, and expected channels of communication, present ideas clearly and persuasively, and respond well to questions. Must be able to flexibly handle frequently changing priorities with ease. Creativity and a sense of humor required.
