Location: Cincinnati Area - West Chester, Ohio
Position: Owner’s Assistant - Native Plant Nurseryman and Ecological / Environmental Educator
Hours and Pay: 2023 - 2024: 1 to 2 days a week, 6.5 to 13 hours a week. In 2024, seasonal highs of 3 day weeks - 20 hours - See additional payment through profit sharing towards the end of this job description.

- General assistance to the owner’s labor needs.

Hours per year - 13 x 52 weeks 676 hours, optional to have requested weeks off and to lump more hours into one week than 13, for example 19.5 hours in one week among 3 days.
Pay: @$22/hour - $13,156
Maximum Profit sharing depending on success of Plant Sales: $10,844
Hourly wage Maximum Profit sharing rate: $40.13 per hour
