Job Description
1. Job Title - Program Director
Work Experience- 15 to 18 Years
Educational Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Work Location – Princeton
Work Mode- Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in strong program management experience in Healthcare Payer domain
- Possess good knowledge of Payer value chain business process and ability to guide the different teams for onboarding new clients
- Preferable to have experience on / working knowledge of on-boarding new clients for Intermediary/TPA, or on federal mandates programs such as ICD-10/5010/Medicare/Medicaid programs
- Must have experience of working in global delivery model, managing client and internal stakeholders
- Ability to anchor programs from inception to implementation
- Having project management insights of migration/legacy modernization/digital transformation in Healthcare Payer systems is a plus
