Under the general direction of the Territory / Regional Manager, the Territory Assurance Specialist (TAS) performs a wide range of sales, marketing and food-quality protection and pest management-oriented tasks. The TAS communicates with all members of the territory and serves as a conduit totas ensure proactive and reactive services have been offered to the customer.
The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of the Rollins Corporation, has been a leading provider of Pest Management and Consultation Services to the Food and Commodity Industries for over 85 years! You will...
- Schedule and complete quality and opportunity audits at eacg site, 1-2x per year
- Regularly contacts customers, inspect service notebooks, review proposed deals and pending opportunities
- Hunt new account opportunties and build new recurring revenue
- Responsible for territory(s) sales, new account acquisition and current customer service additions
- Meet or exceed goasl as determnined in conjunction with the Regional Manager

Minimun Requirements:
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying
- Bachelor's degree in business administrations, marking or a related field perferred
- Minimum of 2 -5 years related work experience
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner
- Sound judgement and decision-making abilities
- Effective personnel management skills
- Good interperonal communicaiton skills
- Abilitie to concerntrate in diverse work settings
- Effectove and efficient data entry skills
- Proficiency with PC's and computer software and applications, including Word and Excel
- Drivier's license with proof or insurability and safe driving record
- Moderate to heavy travel at times, within and outside or territory when needed
Physcial Demands/ Working Enviornment:
Ability to ascend and descend multiple flights or stairs (2-12) with SCBA withing 20 minutes- Long and irregular hours
- Possible exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals
- Field operations with possible unique hazardous condition
