JOB REQUIREMENTS

This role has two primary responsibilities:

1. Research industrial market, implement business development plan and improve client relations.
2. Coordinate with foreman and clients to ensure the projects are running smoothly, on time and within budget.

In order to accomplish these goals, you must be:

*Determined - Eager to stay on top of weekly reporting and collaborate with foreman

*Detail-oriented - Utilize salesforce and spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other project critical information.

*Resourceful - Develop strategies to boost sales, nurture potential clients and increase company exposure.

*Communicative - Able to share ideas, keep the team updated, and ask the right questions

*Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other project management software

*Knowledge of industrial construction
