The Customer Service Support Specialist works closely with Account Leads to provide effective customer service for all internal and external clients by obtaining and using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Work with an account team to provide timely, accurate, and successful delivery of information to clients
Work closely with the Account Lead to deliver solutions according to client needs and objectives
Assist with all escalated client issues
Gain an extensive knowledge of ITS products and services
Conduct research and interpret the findings with your team
Prepare reports as needed
Answer incoming phone calls and process tickets
Take notes during client meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or experience in related customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
