The Customer Service Support Specialist works closely with Account Leads to provide effective customer service for all internal and external clients by obtaining and using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Work with an account team to provide timely, accurate, and successful delivery of information to clients
  • Work closely with the Account Lead to deliver solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Assist with all escalated client issues
  • Gain an extensive knowledge of ITS products and services
  • Conduct research and interpret the findings with your team
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls and process tickets
  • Take notes during client meetings

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in related customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/time management
  • Documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
