Position Details
As the Office Manager at MedElite, you will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Your role includes managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining office organization, handling communication, and implementing policies that enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Managing requests from the medical records and billing departments, gathering digital signatures for medical documentation
- Manage the stocking of supplies for the Lakewood office, including snacks, drinks, office supplies for the office on the 3rd and 1st floor.
- Manage the relationship with vendors, such as maintenance and the building super.
- Work with HR to educate and enforce company policies and procedures in the Lakewood office
- Create and distribute new hire and replacement badges and equipment
- Manage seating assignments for new hires in the Lakewood office
- Meet and greet new hires, and assist onboarding with timeclock registration and equipment
- Assist with additional tasks for Medical Records and HR as needed
- Manage the office budget and organize the monthly luncheon event
