Payer Relations Lead

We are looking for a great teammate who can build and nurture executive relationships at key health insurance companies, understands call center operations within a health insurance company, and can identify and manage opportunities to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.  We believe the right person speaks the language of executives at health insurance companies, articulates the business benefits and technical requirements of new technologies such as voice automation and RPA, and brings a trusted advisor quality to both Infinitus and our health insurance partners.   Join us to improve back-office operations by automating repetitive phone calls. Our solution frees up providers’ and payers’ time so they can spend more time helping patients. This role will function as a subject matter expert on business workflow and data platforms that take place in the health insurance market. This position may include up to 20% domestic travel.
