What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at Infinitus?

We are building a team of knowledgeable sales leaders with experience selling multi-year software agreements. Our customers are primarily large Specialty Pharmacies, Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs), Health Systems / IDNs and large independent Physician Practices. Join us to improve back-office operations by automating repetitive phone calls. Our solution frees up our customers’ time so they can spend more time helping patients.


The Regional Sales Manager "RSM" will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for a team of National Account Executives who are responsible for driving new business through the full cycle sales. You will lead/coach your team to navigate complex sales processes and organizations to close new business. Deliver and reinforce our sales methodologies and frameworks to build a strong foundation for success. You will also recruit new National Sales Executives in to your team that will support the growth of the region.

At Infinitus, you will:
  • Achieve new customer sales goals in a way that aligns with Inifinitus values.
  • Manage sales team of 6-8 National Account Executives.
  • Run recurring forecast meeting with executives and recurring pipeline review with team.
  • Retain and grow existing customers by collaborating with Customer Success.
  • Uses salesforce CRM to reinforce our sales process to build a strong foundation for success within your team.
  • Coach and Mentor SDR's and provide strategic guidance on prospecting.


We are looking for someone who:
  • Track record in recruiting, coaching, and managing a diverse, collaborative, and productive Enterprise Account Executive team for a HealthTech SaaS company.
  • Track record of closing customers with annual contract value of more $1 million.
  • Track record of sales forecasting to predict future revenue generation, activity levels.
  • Track record of collaboration with solutions engineers, customer success, finance, and marketing, and executive teams.
  • Track record of building account plans, training, and communication deliverables for sales teams.
  • Track record with MEDPICC sales methodology.
  • Technically savvy with salesforce CRM for insights and analysis into sales performance and training  to determine strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Track record of initiative, innovation, and continuous learningBe a champion of our values.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team and support individual strengths and professional development.
