The Role:

Infinity has continued to grow their partnership with one of the nation’s premier logistics companies and is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join this successful program. Candidates who love keeping up with a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt to new technology and want to make their mark in sales would be a great addition to this team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for outbound calls using a provided lead list
• Build and manage a pipeline
• Must be able to do 50 – 100 dials per day
• Conduct a needs analysis and uncover areas where our product can assist their business
• Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers
• Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs

Ideal Qualifications:

• 6 months of call center experience preferred
• CRN/Salesforce experience preferred
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
• Internet navigation and applications skills
• Think quick and rebuttal objections
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
• Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment

You will need the following:

• A dedicated home office, preferably a separate room with its own door
• Microsoft Windows 10 Operating system (No Chromebooks or MacBooks)
• An additional Monitor
• 8 GB of RAM installed
• A wired USB headset
• Must have reliable, hardwired, high-speed cable internet with a download speed of 25 MBPS of download speed and 5 MBPS of upload speed
