What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Infinity?

We are looking to add a team player to our staff. Tasks include, all computer programs skills, list typing skills WPM, logistics, Having a manufacturering background is a plus, must have competency in bookkeeping, forecasting supplies, filing, phone and people skills, and a self starter. Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, be self-motivated and trustworthy.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Fit into administrative staff and preform responsibilities to ensure timely performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Manage remote staff
  • Create and update account records and databases with client and sales personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BScBA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.75 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
