ABOUT THIS POSITION:

In this role, you will manage the operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, while providing top-notch customer support and troubleshooting. \n- Assist with the design and implement advanced AV solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct comprehensive system evaluations and performance assessments to optimize AV equipment functionality and reliability.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all AV equipment is operational and up-to-date, minimizing downtime and enhancing system longevity.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex AV issues, leveraging deep technical knowledge to maintain uninterrupted mission-critical communications.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians in best practices for AV equipment handling, configuration, and customer support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge AV solutions that enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency.
- Log and analyze all transactions and technical activities in ServiceNow, utilizing data-driven insights to inform future system enhancements and support strategies.
- Work hands-on with equipment to include AMX, Crestron, Polycom and Tandberg.
- BS and 5 years of experience and/or equivalent combination of years of experience/education
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with AV technologies
- Experience supporting telephony, video, network and/or other collaboration devices
- Experience providing customer service and end user support
- Hands on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, WebEx, Cisco CMS and Cisco Jabber
- Active TS/SCI
