We are looking for a VP of Creative Strategy to oversee our growing team in North America. The VP of Creative Strategy will oversee our Impact Studio in North America, which is the team responsible for creative, strategy, paid media, design and production editing.
This individual is responsible for overseeing the team that will deliver best-in-class strategy, industry leading creative, production capabilities and scaling our paid media offering. The role will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our commercial output answers client briefs and delivers on their business goals.
Candidates with a demonstrable track record across planning, strategy and creative, have experience within the influencer marketing space, and be able to plan and deliver content distribution plans spanning organic and paid.

The role will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our commercial output answers client briefs and delivers on their business goals.
Candidates with a demonstrable track record across planning, strategy and creative, have experience within the influencer marketing space, and be able to plan and deliver content distribution plans spanning organic and paid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 5 individuals spanning across creative, strategy, paid media, design and production.
- Be comfortable interrogating and interpreting client briefs, leading creative and strategy workshops both internally and externally with clients.
- Comfortable talking to clients, leading pitches and presenting work.
- Have a deep understanding of paid and organic distribution methodologies.
- Have an understanding of design and production capabilities as we continue to build out our offerings as an agency.
- Support our commercial team with best-in-class work across all disciplines including sales and client servicing.
- Be an expert at creative content executions across all leading social networks, with a specific emphasis and experience working across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Snap. Activating creators off platform is also a plus.
- Work with B2B Marketing on strategic outputs including GTM approach, thought leadership, newsletters, panel discussions and other strategies.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and the way in which brands can leverage influencer content across to deliver outcomes across the sales funnel.
- Minimum of 10 years of creative, strategy, media and production experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
- Experience working at an influencer agency, platform and/or digital media company.
- A digital native with a history of delivering socially led branded content with a deep understanding of platform trends, products and creator led content.
- Ability to design and create deck templates.
- Experience building strategy for new product and agency offerings.
- Previous experience in sourcing and building lists for indicative creators in presale.
- Previous media planning experience coupled with knowledge on media placements, pricing, margins and executing paid strategies.
- Knowledge of design and asset creation to oversee a production team.
- Experience being a senior stakeholder both internally and externally
- Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads.
- High energy and results focused (short-term and long-term vision).
- Collaborative spirit, able to work across many functions and build rapport quickly
- Solid leadership, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong ability to distill complex client problems into strategically focused influencer briefs.
