Title: Occupational Health Specialist
Location: St Paul, MN 55101
Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Shift Requirements: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM (5 Days a week 40/hr a week 8/hr a Day)
Duties:
Provide employee medical leave coordination to ensure safe and appropriate return to work
Facilitate consistent application of disability management Council-wide
Determine FMLA status of employee applications
Acts as a resource for reasonable suspicion drug/alcohol testing
Provide expertise regarding ADAAA accommodation
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university AND four (4) years of experience with case management and/or clinical nursing experience
Experience and/or knowledge with local, state, and federal regulatory and legislative occupational health requirements
Experience and/or knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and Work Comp
Board Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN-S) or Board Certified Case Management (CCM)
Case management certification and eight (8) years of case management experience in place of RN.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
