Infoblox is seeking a highly seasoned and professional Manager, Pre-Sales Systems Engineering – SLED. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Pre-Sales Systems Engineers (SE’s) focusing on the SLED market. You will engage regularly with your SE team, partners, and local sales counterparts to implement tactical and strategic plans to assist in removing all technical barriers to sale and enabling the adoption of Infoblox’s products and services. You will provide guidance and direction to your team on our go-to-market strategy to ensure the Systems Engineers, as well as the local partners, know how we want to go to market with them.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading high-performance SE teams who have consistently exceeded sales quota attainment. They will have been a leader of a technology organization whose members routinely exert significant influence on the solution development and sale of business-driven technology solutions to customers.
The individual has demonstrated the ability to lead team execution during solution sales activities, and the ability to personally influence the sale of complex, large-scale business-driven technology solutions to senior client executives. In addition, this individual will have excellent strategic planning and strategy deployment skills and must possess a broad level of technical understanding.
