What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Ops Systems and Process Intern position at Infoblox?
Infoblox is looking for a Systems and Process Intern to join our Sales Operations team preferably in Tacoma, WA or Santa Clara, CA. In this hybrid role, the ideal intern will play a role in several projects including Salesforce CRM testing and enhancement planning, sales process documentation, and Highspot web page development. You’re the ideal candidate if you are passionate about process improvement, system functionality, and learning what is takes to support a sales organization in the tech industry. You have a desire to build your business acumen to understand current sales processes and identify areas of improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Get hands on experience with Salesforce CRM and play a role in Salesforce User Acceptance testing and data integrity projects
- Contribute to process documentation in collaboration with internal sales operations analysts
- Build out the Revenue Operations Highspot web page to create a single source for all internal documentation
- Develop your business acumen and learn about sales processes and systems
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong proficiency in excel; Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or Highspot is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Detail- oriented with the ability to organize and manage several projects at once
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude who is willing to work independently but wants to be part of a team.
- Excellent written communication skills
Education:
- Junior or Senior pursuing and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Administration, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field
Pay Transparency:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. At Infoblox, we believe in paying for performance. Please keep in mind that the rate mentioned is the hourly rate for the role. The typical hourly rate for undergrad candidates in Washington is $20 per hour. The typical hourly rate for undergrad candidates in California is $22 per hour.
While we may be working remotely from different locations, collaboration and teamwork will be built into all we do. This is a paid, full time 40 hours per week internship that could lead to a permanent full-time position post-graduation.
