Job Title Receptionist
Location Simsbury, CT 06070
Duration 12 weeks contract position
Shift Hours Mon Fri 8AM 5PM
Job Overview :
- EPIC experience required
- The Clinical Office Assistant is accountable for independently performing a full range of administrative tasks in the scheduling, checking patients in / out, and answering phones.
Examples Of Duties
- Acts as triage / receptionist for incoming patients and telephone calls
- Schedules patient appointments
Minimum Qualifications Required
Knowledge, Skill And Ability :
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of clinical office management
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Considerable interpersonal skills
- Oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work in an electronic medical record and operate other office equipment.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize workflow.
Education And Training :
General Experience :
Two (2) years of relevant experience scheduling medical appointments in a clinical setting.
