Job Title – Payroll Clerk
Location – Philadelphia, PA 19140
Duration – 3 months contract position
Shift Hours – Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30PM
Job Description
• Builds on existing knowledge to process both the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
• Interprets and prepares payroll time and adjustment transactions and uploads/inputs data into the payroll system.
• Reconciles the payroll output for processing.
• Maintains payroll records and reports.
• Handles inquiries from employees/departments regarding paycheck problems using various payroll reports and on-line system inquiry functions.
Requirements
• Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Experience 5 Year experience in Payroll operations (Required)
• Experienced using EMR system, EPIC.
• General Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System and/or PeopleSoft HCM. (Preferred)
• General Experience with an On-line payroll system. (Preferred)
