Contract Type: 18 weeks to FTE conversion opportunity.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Pediatrics Unit team on a contract to hire basis. As an RN in our Pediatrics Unit, you will provide quality and compassionate care to pediatric patients during the night shift. The position requires a minimum of 36 hours per week and weekend and float availability.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of acute pediatric experience
- BLS AHA, PALS AHA Certifications
- WA RN License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $58.00 - $63.00 per hour
