Responsibilities:
- Input new employee and contractor data into SAP for both US and international locations.
- Update and maintain records for employees and contractors.
- Manage the separation process for employees and contractors.
- Perform mass data uploads into SAP.
- Conduct quarterly audits of union personnel data.
- Identify and correct errors arising from data integrations.
- Administer job code testing for union employees.
- Undertake various HR administration projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, maintain data accuracy, and respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership at all levels.
- High level of confidentiality due to exposure to sensitive information.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Workday; SAP experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.27 per hour
